Services

Breakfast is included in all reservations.

Cleaning / Change of bed sheets and towels is carried out from the 3rd day of stay and every 2 days.

Payment

At the time of booking, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged + deposit amount (fully refundable after proper verification of the facilities).

Guarantee

In order to enjoy all the services we have at your disposal, we require that you have a valid credit card at the time of your stay.

Security deposit

If you do not own a valid credit card, a deposit may be required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation

The reservation can be canceled, free of charge (with refund of the amount already paid), up to 15 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations in the 15 days before check-in date, or if the guest does not show up on the scheduled check-in day, will not give rise to any refund of the amount paid, with the exception of the deposit amount, which will be fully refunded.

Check-in: 16h00 – 21h00
Check-out: until 11h00

Children

Children up to 4 years old are accommodated free of charge in their parents’ room using a crib (subject to availability). 

Pets

Not admitted.

Parking

The house has private parking for customers and guests. We advise you to leave your vehicle closed.
The house is not responsible for damages, theft or robbery occurred with the vehicles.

Damaged or missing objects

The house reserves the right to charge any damages that are intentionally caused by the customer, presenting the appropriate invoices with the values ​​of the respective objects to be charged.

Smoking

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house.

Metallic gate

It is expressly forbidden to cross the metal gate (next to the pool) with access to the upper level.
